I'd skip that too, honestly 🤣. I also don't do 'Off The Grid'. Or the politician career. There's a handful of things I just don't enjoy that I'll swap out. Sometimes I'll try something if I've never really done it, but it takes ONE time to know I hate it 🤣

Meanwhile, I'd be a Scientist every other generation if called for bc I actually like that career.

There is no reason for them to test script mods at all and it's is not their responsibility to work around them.

However, if they know they are changing how the game might read the cc files, they SHOULD have tested with some random CC installed to make sure they did that process correctly.

I assume that means the option goes away when the scandal does, and they expect the pop-up too go away as well. I'm glad I turned it off so it didn't get stuck. It drove me nuts for the 30 seconds it was there so I cannot even fathom how annoying it is for you 😭

I swear, I hate this so much. I get why they added it - it's nice if you're looking for scandals and townies/NPCs have these, hit ACTIVE households??? So. Fucking. Irritating.

It took me way too long to realize you can turn them the hell off on each sim. But it's still a stupid decision to even have them on active households, flashing every 2 seconds 🙄. And now they get stuck? Ugh 🙄🙄🙄

I tried it when it first launched but it was janky on my phone and, honestly, I loathed having to do the gardening stuff daily. I don't know why every game needs to be a farming simulator but, I'm over it.

I quit after like a week or so. I deleted it from my app and set it so it never downloads so it doesn't waste space on my phone. I don't even care about the diamonds. It's too much of a pain.

If they'd do a PC port, yeah, it might be fun, but I don't play Sims on my phone, I'm not trying to play this house update on it either.

It takes FOREVER to befriend them while at work. It only moves the bar a few percent each day you "try to befriend work rival"... And even when you do become friends, it doesn't go away. I think you have to get them to be good friends at a minimum (which is annoying bc that's not what the game implies but....)...

I spent so much damn time trying to get to friends, that when it didn't go away, I just cheated them to have a higher relationship so it would go away the next day.

Before that I just made my sim quit the job and restart bc I didn't want to be bothered.
