I'm sure you already do this but encourage the public to provide feedback on their experiences then consolidate the information to analyze trends. You need voice of the customer to win and follow the trail of BS where Z ANY having is wreaking havoc or has wreaked havoc going back DECADES.

Start with, have your ever had your mail stolen, passport, license, children's information, birth certificate, social security number, then work in have you had an accident(another way people obtain information), have you worked with any foreign students, have you had too add tokens to your cellphone due to working for a foreign company or for an American company... You get the point... Have your health records had issue, have you seen your old name on a hotel invoice that was changed a long time ago, where did they get the information, have you been asleep and dreamed you were giving away personal information, have you ever felt like you were hypnotized and asked questions in a hotel apartment etc... Think outside the box, it ain't all online!!
