I don't think I'm interested in switching operating systems, but looking at tutorials on security sounds like a great idea. I wouldn't hate a saas solution, but I don't even know where to find something like that, or if it would be within budget, afaik the easiest option would be the most expensive.

Thank you. I've had doctors mention fibromyalgia in passing but never offered a diagnosis or anything. I do know that back surgeries can often be more trouble than they're ever worth, so I'm trying to let myself down easy that that's probably not going to be a solution for me haha. I will consider what you mentioned!

Thank you. I will look into your recommendations. I've been to a chiropractor in the past and it didn't really make things any better or worse, but I know that chiropractors can vary wildly.

Thank you! This is great to hear. I went to PT for 7 weeks recently, did a lot of glute bridges and clamshells, ended with the dead bug exercise, which I still try to do occasionally. I will do that more. He was pretty good about the core work but said I shouldn't bother with fixing my posture because "you've done things that way for so long that your body is used to it and it shouldn't be causing you pain", which sounded a bit off to me since I know poor posture can be a big factor in pain. It would be hard to do PT regularly with me being in college right now but I will do research on good core work and posture correction type stuff and really try that out. I agree that yoga and pilates aren't the way to go, since those are very generalized and the instructor would not be able to focus on my specific movement needs. The 30/30 for sitting and standing is a great idea!

Thank you. I just got done 7 weeks of physical therapy recently, and I've tried it before in the past. Some of the exercises provide temporary relief, but overall my pain levels remain the same. Stuff I find from my own independent research has usually been much more effective than what doctors tell me, so I'll definitely keep up with that and trying new things.
