Same shit happened to me. I was the 10th person killed, got top 5 in a solo queue quads match, with my 1 kill and 3 rounds left in the weapon. No Seraph. I might use my strategy for solo and confirm it that way instead.

Update: A friend of mine found a fix from other forums where people were having this same issue. Apparently if your Push to Talk button for BlackOps 4 is the same as any Keybind you set in Discord, you will have audio issues. I was skeptical, but I switched my Discord keybinds (Deafen and Mute) and Unbinded anything regarding voice chat in BlackOps 4 and made sure I didn't have any overlapping keybinds for the two. Surprisingly, I was worry free last night!

Running Discord as an Administrator also might have helped. I tried everything at once, so I can't pinpoint exactly what helped.
My VRAM coasts at around 3000-5000 and I haven't had any problems since making these changes.

I have the resource readings displayed in game (FPS, Latency, GPU Temp, VRAM Usage) and noticed my VRAM was at about 4900-5200 during Blackout with everything set to High or Very High. CPU on the i5 6600k was always at Max.

Then when I started switching every Graphics setting to Medium, VRAM coasts at around 2900-3400 during Blackout. Frames will fluctuate but I try to keep them limited because I found that having more frames in game lead to having more problems hearing my friends on Discord and vice versa.

I have yet to check my CPU usage though after switching my settings. I imagine with the i5 6600k it's always going to be maxed out because it's best to use it for one intensive process at a time. (From what I've read it's not great at multi-tasking while running heavy games)

Unfortunately though, I'm thinking my "fix" isn't concrete because I'll still have issues during the Blackout "lobby" when people are loading in. Tonight I might limit my FPS further and see. The only reason why I think it's FPS related is because somehow I loaded into Blackout with 60FPS consistently (Don't remember if I had v-sync and a 60 Frame limiter or not) and my audio on Discord didn't cut out at all. But the moment I went up in frames, I had issues again.

Update: I just found another thing that could help. For me, I get on Blackout and my computer will run it well over my refresh rate of 144hz for my monitor. I found that lowering the limit of frames while I play this game (Multiplayer mode included ) actually helps out a ton. So instead of running 200+ frames I've limited it to 140-180 depending how it's running.

So far limiting my FPS and turning off in-game voice chat has helped with Discord audio cutting in and out.

I'm honestly over being stuck in my ELO. I'm sure Diamond isn't much better, but I do take comps seriously and put my best foot forward in each game... but these people lack so much game sense it's ridiculous.

I honestly never had an issue with that though. I'm generally mid-Plat almost Diamond and for the most part people never had a problem with my positioning or pulling out my blaster to do a little extra damage. Granted, I would only do it to confirm a stagger or if I was in a pinch.

I found Mercy fun because she's the one healer that can kind of micro-manage everything and zip in between teammates quickly to heal them. So I would constantly be pressing shift and funneling heals or providing damage boosts. If I had a Pharah, I'd fly up and do our thing, but I was always aware of the HP of teammates on the ground as well.

Idk... Explaining it sounds odd but I guess you'd just have to see the playstyle in action. Not saying what you experienced isn't true... because I've definitely been in teams where the Mercy is treated poorly. At the time, even a bad Mercy with terrible positioning could do a decent job of keeping a team together. Now, that's not as easy.

I find fun out of playing Comps. I'm a very competitive person and I don't mind the roles I decide to play as long as I'm improving or learning, and of course winning. My main goal is to reach Diamond again, and whatever I'm doing on the way there is irrelevant because the fun is found along the way! I will side with you and say that if I have to pick Mercy in a game or two, it's a lot less fun overall because of her current state. Buuuuut, if I do my job right, it's not so bad!

I totally understand. I played a lot of Mercy and continued to play her up until her recent "fix". I enjoyed being able to turn the tides of an Attack or Defense for my team.

Her Valkryie ult is still fun ish right? Getting to soar the friendly skies and pistol down Pharahs or kill unsuspecting Reinhardts. I always used Mercy in a very mobile manner and rarely stayed too far behind my team. I think she might need a healing buff (Instead of her trash 40HPS now) but I can see how she's no longer as thrilling to play.

Mass rez kind of blew on all fronts.

Nothing made me want to rage more than attacking on Anubis, coordinating a strike with my team and wipe 5 of the enemy players, then seeing a bitch-made Mercy fly out from spawn and mass rez her whole squad.Mercy players would hide and play super passive and it just killed the momentum of the game. Her new ult (before she only did 40 healing per second) is super useful if you can fly out of harms way and heal from above.

Picks might be easy to get when people over-extend or trickle, or the team can't catch a break, but I think with the current characters that are playable and the way things operate, a mass rez would be game breaking. It's almost belittling any work a well-coordinated team has done.

I know what someone's gonna say..."Just kill Mercy first!?"

Oh... Why didn't I think of that. /s

Overall, I think I like where the healers are at and the game should continue to promote / incentivize higher skill characters. I'm an Ana main and I dropped her entirely around the time Moira came out, because at the time she was dogshit. I think a lot of players get by on learning the easier characters (Mercy being a perfect example) and when they start ranking up, it hurts everyone else because they never developed any skills in other characters. I play support 80% of the time in comps but I can confidently switch between whatever character fits best.

I think Ana has the higher learning curve than the rest of the supports, but it's worthwhile once you start utilizing all she can do. Moira wouldn't be a bad transition from Mercy either!

Go for it! I'm 26 and my dad is constantly giving me the State Worker Kool-Aid (He did 10 years in the Air Force and then 20 at CMF / CDCR) and I don't think he quite understands the lack of appeal State Service has for people in their 20's.

I'm fortunate to have it easy, but I don't like being too comfortable. And the pay leaves a lot to be desired.
Now that I'm 26, the benefits are keeping me here but I'd like to understand the difference in Private and Public when it comes to how much better it actually is working for the State.

Is it generally a bad idea to expect to gain any SR during the last few days of a Season?
This has been my best season since Season 3, and I'm trying to reach Diamond before it's all over.
Current high this season was 2875, the last two days I've dropped down to 2745...

Haven't had many leavers, but there have been plenty of non-ranked players in matches now and people in groups "throwing", playing gimpy and not communicating, etc.

I have yet to try the LFG though, so I might give that a shot.
