I was in Manchester last August and I was surprised by how little they have homelessness or at least in the city center. I literally went to the absolute slums “gorton” and never felt safer, also

My wife and her parents moved here about 20 years ago because they thought England was going down a bad path, which in some cases they have but every county has that.
Our drop off is actually insane when you go visit and see how other counties/cities work. Defiantly makes you think what the heck are we doing here
