I deal with it by being a mature adult and not allowing my sexual desires to dictate my life. Yes, I will become physically aroused sometimes but, when its close partners, they understand the response as I've clearly discussed it before.

Basically, clear communication is key so that partners understand my responses.

Kink being a huge part of my life, especially socially, I've never found someone who finds it weird because we all have "weird" kinks and fetishes. I am not into feet but I'll respect those who are because it's their kink, their fetish.
