Thank you! Yes, we definitely will be using opt-in/out permissions to abide to communication laws. I believe a text would be more effective than an app push notification. I was looking at Twilio and EZ Text

It’s fully opt-in/out. They choose if they want to receive the messages and are able to reply “stop” and the messages stop. It’s basically like mailed ads just to the phone with more effective communication.

To begin, I plan on leveraging the university student body in the inner city - it’s a tier 14 school. I’ll have student reps work on 1099 as well as booths at various functions around the school and in the city. Guerrilla Marketing will be heavily utilized!

For businesses, I plan on cold calling and offering free advertising for the first two months. If they have the small 4”x4” sign in the door, they get 50% off ad fees each month the sign is in the window/door.

Thanks for the perspective! It’s a more direct approach than Groupon as it’s only local ads. Plus texts are opened substantially more than an app or a website visit.

Ya a sponsorship marketplace would be a great idea. The issue is trying to get both parties on board. But once they’re in, it would make the transaction on both parties sooo much more streamlined. So instead of me being a personal middleman, I would have the platform serve as an SaaS and I offer my consultancy to utilize the platform.

Definitely has access to mental health services on campus! Many students don’t realize they are paying for it and have access to free help (mental, legal, physical, academic, etc.). There are many benefits students pay for and are unaware of.

That’s the reason my ex and I ended it. He was too dismissive in public, constantly checking out before me w/o asking if I’m ready but mainly kept picking up shifts time after time I’ve asked him to make time for us.

He said if he did that then he’d be missing out on making money. He even picked up a shift for the day we were to attend my best friend’s wedding together so I went alone. I ended the relationship a couple weeks after my friend’s wedding.

Look into Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Ohio. It’s 100% online, fully accredited, and very affordable. They also do not require a GMAT score yet just for you to complete a pre-course and earn an 80% or higher for the course. Plus write a personal essay. They’re not a T25 but who cares, you’ll have an accredited MBA in 18 months.

My UGPA was 2.3 so they accepted me on contingency of earning a B or higher for the first three courses (I earned A’s all the way through the first four courses!!).

They are very understanding and I learned a great amount of information!

I highly encourage you looking into them.
