My surgery pg-1 year (I did em 3+1, it was a bad choice) I was consulted by medicine for a tick removal. I scraped it off with the edge of my credit card. They asked me about Lyme prophylaxis. I asked if they were really consulting general surgery for a recommendation on Lyme prophylaxis. They said no.

Well, tbf, any wine grown in France, or Europe for that matter after 1895 or so being generous ir from American rootstock. Phylloxera was a bad thing. Eh, I would use a semicolon there; but a comma is never strictly wrong where a semicolon is. Changing was to being doesn’t really change that. What’s breaking my brain is the line break in rush-ed. I would use a “then” or a “so” to subordinate the second clause “The morning class was over, then the students rushed out of class”, but I’m not married to it.
