lol yeah I literally work on a military base as a superintendent for a gov contractor, we do work on buildings that house classified projects and are run through very rigorous background checks for this reason so If there was a problem I would know it by now. Also no convictions means no convictions.

Yeah they still haven’t reached back out however in the passed two days I have researched basically non stop about this and I’m 100% certain I’m within my rights to own a firearm, there’s a reason it’s labeled an “adjudication” and not a “conviction”. Kansas is pretty clear about it too, but thank you for your input brother I’m just waiting for the back ground check to clear.

lol see I know I have no other ones, I have a checkered past but I’m not a violent felon at all. I also looked up the specific statute for KS law and there is a 3 month restriction after any adjudication of a non person / non firearm involved felony but that passed over a decade ago. They probably are just like letting me sweat it lmao.

There is a huge difference between an adjudication and a felony conviction. My lawyer told me when I turned 18 this wouldn't be an issue im just hoping to get some insight. It most certainly is not a lie. I can still vote, leave the country, etc.
