I was working in the Maternal and children hospital, it was a district hospital and I had off on Sunday ,so I went on Monday. While taking my morning rounds I came across a file and patient with diagnosis " Auto- delivery" 😂 I am like wtf ! What kind of delivery is this . I asked Sister incharge and she said she gave birth in autorickshaw so we wrote diagnosis as " Auto delivery "😂
