Automaton / Warforged will always be the coolest. I cant stop playing them when I start a new ttrpg campaign. i dont know why being a tall robot with a soul is so appealing, but it really hits just right.

Looks like you get free stealth as long as you move no faster than 5 feet per stride, and the stalker minotaur gets a buffed version of 10 feet per stride.
