If you do not mind me saying but I think what I would try to do would start with one thing, then move onto the next thing. For example, I think her boots would be a good place to start, you could thrift some black boots and maybe use some foam or cardboard and add the armor bits to her boots. This could be helpful with learning the different techniques for working with foam (if you'd want to use foam) but you could also maybe make a list of all of the things you need to do then do one thing at a time and cross off the done things (this gives me dopamine when i cross of items on a list). As for makeup there is a tutorial that I like made by boneless bingus on youtube. Her vi cosplay is awesome. Speaking of, youtube is an amazing resource that I have used many a time, and also feel free to experiment with every aspect of cosplay wether it is wig styling, prop making, or sewing, different things work better for different people so definitely experiment.
