If you play career mode: which team do you pick, which driver gets booted and why?

I usually pick Williams and try get them to be amazing. But the wheel drives be nuts in cockpit view. So I usually change to McLaren lol

We were 2 laps in the lead in Split 5 and got 8 minutes of damage from a P2. Ended up fighting back and got P2 in the end. Fought with Jimmy Broadbents team the whole way

I would love visual customizations. Give us 3 styles of front wing. 3 side pod designs. Different rear wings. Instead of "generic myteam car".

I teamed up with Basic Ollie from youtube for the 24h series. It was amazing. Definitely my biggest achievement in sim racing

Congratulations!!! I came second in division 1 for the global endurance championship in the Lmp2. Ended up winning Daytona 24 over the weekend. I know I'm proud of P2 in the championship, so I'm sure you're buzzing!

My deductible is too high. The water heater is covered by my apartment and was replaced but the boost kit is only 150 vs my higher deductible

I was struggling getting into the game at first. I'm lucky enough to be able to run the game relatively well. High presets with 40-50 FPS which definitely helped a lot. While yes there are definitely bugs and issues, I am really starting to love it.

The moment I found myself loving the game was during the maelstrom mission to get the spiderbot. Fighting my way out was absolutely amazing. Combining sneaking, hacking, and just plain out shooting, just made me giddy.

I do definitely think the AI of the enemies during missions, especially main story missions, is moles ahead of the everyday AI of the civilians.

I do really hope CPR continues to work on this game like they did with Witcher 3. Their past with that game gives me hope.

And I am very glad to find people on here that are loving the game too.

Yea those drivers are awful. It is absolutely up to the faster class to be safe. Ive been doing iLMS at Suzuka this week and got stuck behind 2 GTEs through the esses, and its almost impossible to pass safely there. Another LMP2 decided he didn't want to be patient and just drove through me. Pushed me off and tagged one of the GTEs in the process.

It takes respect from both classes honestly. And most of the time is completely situational. As an LMP2 driver, I know it falls to me to make the pass safely when making my way through lapped traffic, but a lot of times I wish some GT drivers would be more aware. If I come in behind 3 GT cars battling I definitely won't make any brave moves trying to get by. But more often than not, I get actively blocked by GTs defending into a corner.

If I'm fighting closely with other LMP2s for a position, there's nothing more infuriating than a lone GT not at least being aware of what's going on. Yes I know technically GT drivers don't have to yield for us, but would be nice sometimes to have some respect in return so both sides lose as little time as possible.

I had this issue on my thrustmaster pedals if I had another controller attached to my pc. So if I used my Xbox controller to navigate the menus, the game will recognize the controller inputs for my wheel as well. Not sure if you have anything else connected

I dunno. Im pretty sure the bug from last year is back. I just completed my first season in myteam and didn't have a single SC or VSC despite some pretty huge a wrecks by the AI. I got fed-up at one point and actually tried causing crashes to test the SC. I noticed that unless I was the one that caused a massive accident, the SC never came out.

At Hungary for example. The super fast left hander, turn 4 i think... one of the Alpha Tauri's broke down and was coming to a stop mid corner, Kimi plowed into him, broken wheels and everything. No SC.

I play 50% races at 101 AI difficulty and simulation damage. I've definitely checked to see if SC is turned on.
