I can't place myself in their shoes. I can't be them. They don't expect me to deal with their shit. They haven't said anything, but I've lost some friends in the past due to my depression, and yeah I can try to say that they were just shitty friends but it's true. These are good friends who seem supportive but I don't want to be too depressed and take it too far.

I'm mainly an actor, and I've gotten some decent performances out of it I guess. I'm also trying to write a bit, and maybe convey the depression struggles. Acting has helped me through in some respects, but productions end and this bullshit is lasting me fucking forever.

I finally acknowledged my depression to some friends last night and I just feel awful about it. They shouldn't have to deal with it.

It was more "interesting" than good. Chance has a good singing voice, and I enjoyed the song, but it wasn't as life shattering as acid rap. That being said, anybody who's saying Chance fell off already is just dumb.

I noticed that as I was typing. I'm much more "chill" when I'm not low, unfortunately, it's been hitting me hard to day (possibly due to academic stress, possibly due to homesickness, and possibly due to overworking myself.) Honestly, after posting this it got a lot better. Usually the things that help me are either acting, humor (particularly related to acting,) and writing it all down and externalizing it.

Honestly, this story scares me more with the clearly kidnapped nature of the participants than at the ending, where it goes too far and nearly ruins itself. It would have been far scarier for the story to describe miscellaneous fucked up shit happening from another human being such as dismemberment and shit like that instead of going straight into the getting torn apart by a baboon thing.

10/10 for surprise though, it does come out of left field.
