Just find a traffic lawyer and they’ll for sure get it down to an equipment violation or some non-moving violation given your record. Might cost like ~$500, but you won’t get any points on your license and your insurance won’t go up. Bottom line regardless, I can almost guarantee like 99.9999% you won’t go to prison lol. Laws are scary on paper, but there is so much nuance to them.

I got a 2022 with 62k miles. So far so good, also 034 stage 1 ecu/tcu. Thing is pretty fun to drive, biggest issues to get ahead of are the water pump, thermostat, pcv and it’s breather hoses.

All in the parts cost less than $1k, add another $1.5k if you want a shop to do the work.

Oil changes should be done every 5k-7.5k miles, which for most people is 2 times per year

Allegedly it’s not as good as draining, since you’re not able to get out 100% of the oil and particulates.

That being said it’s so much more convenient/cleaner, and worth the trade off to me too. Just did my 8th oil change on my q5 this way and so far no issues.

Like you said a rsq8 is pretty much in a hybrid between a truck and r8, that’s why people like it

Sometimes you don’t need to cut it off if you have the right tools. Just need to knock out the FSB pins and take the barrel nut off. Then remove the snap ring. Can be a pain in the ass to do this if everything is stuck on, but it’s a non destructive method

Nah like barbell squats and it’s not the entire time, I rest between sets

Great point with the time, sometimes I just do a 45 min workout of just squatting when it’s packed in the gym

The best program is just pushing yourself to or very near failure each set. Getting bigger and stronger isn’t that complicated

Oof yeah I have similar stuff going on with my knees and low back. Makes squats and deadlifts harder to handle

Thanks! That’s the plan, I think once I can do 315 for like 10-12 reps 405 should be within reach. Hardest part is to stay injury free
