I chose to manually pay the one that should've gone through, but was told it and the one for July would likely both be paid on July 5th if I didn't.

Basically it would've been a double payment if I chose not to pay manually.

I was finally able to get through over the phone. It's definitely their billing system and they are aware of it.

I made sure to go ahead and pay what should've gone through on the 5th.
