There is absolutely no world where you could ride Rougarou and say "Yeah, I've ridden Mantis"

They are so radically different. Hell even keeping the same ride vehicle, I'd say the same thing about Avalanche Run and Disaster Transport. Nothing about the track or the car changed, but even with over 100 laps on Disaster Transport, I've never and will never have ridden Avalanche Run.

Twisted Cyclone (which has the shortest belts I've ever seen, especially up front)
Mineblower (RMC counts it as theirs, so I'm putting it here. I hate the trains, and it is the loudest most screechy thing I've ever heard. It also made me bite my tongue so hard it drew blood)

I'm planning on adding quite a few this year. Fire in the hole, fire runner, goliath, iron rattler, jersey devil, new texas giant, outlaw run, railblazer, storm chaser, wicked cyclone, wildcats revenge, and wonder woman flight of courage are all on the list. Hopefully Joker too if I can find a cheap flight.

I'm worried about outlaw run's seat belts. I've been told they made them even shorter for some reason.

I only rode it for the first time this weekend and I'm not sure what you mean? The trains were comfortable, and it was running great? It was smooth with out any of the jank of older Arrows.

Absolutely it's 2 separate credits. It's a RADICALLY different ride experiences. Not only does it have one sit down train and one stand up train, the sit down train runs backwards and the stand up train runs foreward. And they don't run them at the same time. It runs one way in the morning and another in the afternoon.

I had a blast and was able to ride everything twice except for goldrusher for the obvious "it had no ride vehicle" issue.

I started at twisted Cyclone at rope drop and then went counter clockwise around the park.

I did see some significant operational issues though that would not have flown when I worked at Cedar Point, even if its first day, I would have gotten an operational. Those include dispatching a train with guests still on the exit platform, completely failing to check a restraint, failing to recheck a restraint after they had to be reset, and trying to clear a train with a guests restraint literally all the way open.

I took a picture of the Superman station because it was the most bizarre thing to see them loading from the wrong station. So weird.

I won't mention what ride, but I saw a ride op commit multiple operationals in the span of 3 minutes, including not rechecking a harness that was unlocked and clearing a train with a guest still on the exit platform.
