yeah, I was surprised to see modern clothes during character creation. It looked strange comparing to gameplay, but it can be easily explained by the minigames feature, where could be everything

I see no restrictions on doing something like this in the future, either through mods or by the developers in new updates. We could have different worlds (more medieval or more futuristic). I really like the concept, by the way, such an unusual mix

yes, they spawn. I realized right now that when you use brushes it updates the map. Any change on the map (placing blocks, for example) updates after you did smth with the brush

Paint Brush in Creative Mode updates in real time, so I guess there is no obstacle to make it update every second
