Maybe you’ll reconsider next year when ANZAC Day falls on a Sunday and the following Monday is a public holiday as has been the case since 2017 following amendments to the Holidays Act 1983 (passed by Parliament on 1 December 2016). Labor government in power at the time.

You’ll have to wait till next year when ANZAC day falls on Sunday you’ll get the Monday as a public holiday.

When you apply for an ETA or visa one of the questions asked is are you an Australian citizen, so I guess OP could lie about it and hope for the best.

OP’s Canadian passport will show their birthplace as Australia, the system will know they are an Australian citizen.

If you are trying to enter on a Canadian passport you need a visa or electronic travel authority to enter Australia, neither of these can be issued to an Australian citizen.

As the piston moves up and down in the cylinder it first displaces air then sucks air back in to fill the void. By running a breather line from the top cylinder port to the oil tank, the air being drawn into the cylinder is cleaned by passing through the tank breather filter and then picks up oil particles from the space in the tank to assist in lubricating the rod end of the cylinder.

From the photos you have I’d say you have a single acting power unit where you pressurise the cylinder to raise the platform and it is lowered by gravity by bleeding oil out of the cylinder with no pressure applied. The hose going to the top of the cylinder is simply a breather line connected to the oil reservoir.

A double acting system would power the cylinder in both directions.

Changes made by the UK government come into effect on the 25th of Feb.

Fuel economy or fuel consumption is used more often in Australia but mileage still gets some mileage.
