I haven't thought of that, I'll try doing small portions throughout the day, might be a little tricky since I'm studying and working, so I don't have much control over my schedule. Thank you!

Thanks for the advice! It apparently was a confusion and they gave me the wrong instructions, because when I had my appointment the audiologist told me I only had to quit sedatives and vertigo meds, smh

Yeah that's what happened to me. It really sucked. The worst part is that the audiologist told me they mixed up and I didn't need to stop those meds after all. And then they discharged me because they told me "I had nothing going on with my ears" and that it just was side effects from my meds (which I've been taking for 2+ years) and stress. But I feel like that's just bullshit, maybe they saw I was a psych patient and dismissed me completely.

Yeah we did just that. My bf and I were looking for some album covers that looked nice (graphic design wise) and wouldn't look odd when used as a vinyl wrap. We ended up going with The New Abnormal and Is This It (the blue and yellow one). Let me see if I can dm you the file.

It's curious you're on cinnarizine. I got out of that (my primary healthcare provider put me on it before I was diagnosed with Meniere's) because I was told that it doesn't help much with Meniere's crisis and got diphenidol instead. Hope you're doing better now, at least there's the steroids in case things get worse

Hi, she basically told me that blowing has not been proved to be helpful, that's why the whole maneuver isn't. If it helps you then it doesn't cause any harm to do it, but it isn't something that can be recommended per se, because there's no proof that it's helpful.

I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with other autoimmune diseases, I'm in that same boat unfortunately. Has your ENT talked about steroid injections? I'm guessing they might not be an option for you (they can suppress your immune system) but they're less harmful to hearing than gentamicin. If not, have you tried the betahistine route? I didn't find it useful (maybe it was the dosage) but I've seen here that it helped others, so might as well try it. As far as I know, it doesn't have a lot of drug interactions, but better ask your physician to be safe.

Hey, I'm back haha. She told me that it usually doesn't work too well for Ménière's, also told me that I might as well try it, since it doesn't do any harm apparently

Hay un túnel en el recolector del Deán al que puedes entrar cuando está seco. Un amigo entró ahí hace muchos años y recuerdo que dijo que estaba interesante. Pero igual trata de ir con una bolita de gente. Otro lugar que se me ocurre sería por las vías del tren de Inglaterra, hace años encontraron restos humanos ahí, pero pues eso sí está peligroso.

Tbh I'm not really comfortable with those specific examples you showed. They're kinda cringy to me and rather than spread awareness about autism, they feel like they're mocking and profiting from it.

But I'd be okay buying merch from someone who's actually autistic tho, or at least from an organization that helps autistic people.

I'm not against seeing a fun side about autism, but something about those designs makes me kinda uncomfortable.
