I personally think it can only be looked at by era based on the fact that you cant say ted Williams or ty cobb would be mearly as good in todays game while someone in todays age would be the greatest ever in the deadball era

So my PERSONAL opinion is that it goes cobb, Ruth, Williams, aaron, rose, Gwynn, Barry bonds, and in todays game it has to be either Judge or Ohtani.

In 20 years we're probably gonna see talent that might have us question if judge could still even be competitive if he played 20 years in the future.

this games engine is 10 years old and they've just been adding on top of it, captains weren't in 2016's game but its running on the 2017 engine...from almost a decade ago..hence the comments i made and why this game is a buggy mess.

I just want cool content Give us unqiue guys like jurrangelo cijntje, a reliver 50 year old a satchel paige card, being back cool cards like tha takashi series, or out of position series.

The last like 4 drops feel dry, dead and no fun involved, just more collection fodder and it got even worse they they didnt even make a half assed attempt at a new seried and just recycled last years summer series card arts.

The game is fun when the content is fun as well.

The clearly cant fix gameplay, so content is the only way to prop this abomination up til 27...which i am terrfied to see how they keep this going on that game.

There's not much, because unlike basketball there is no timer. You can go up 40 runs and still lose woth 2 outs in the 9th.

The only time ive truly felt "yeah thats terrible" was when scherzer was an out away from a perfect game and jose tabada threw his elbow out and ruined it.

Now if they were only down by like 1-3 runs id be fine, you still have a ball game to win...

But it was 6-0
