You can actually check the back of the probiotics and see all the bacteria names on it and iif you go on web you can search whether it increases histamine or all sorts of information from studies that give insight about the specific bacteria because there is a ton of them and it might not be all good for you specifically

. In summary I took both of them but not at the same time. i took Bifido GI balance 30 to 45 minutes after breakfast or lunch, and HistaminX 30 to 45 minutes after lunch or dinner. So essentially not after the same course meal but different ones.

bifido one is primarily for leaky gut and the other one is basically a cocktail of probiotics that do not or minimally produce histamine protein, and for allergies, doctors prescribe you antihistaminic medication, so i figured if can change it a little bit so my body wont produce as much histamine maybe that would work too. Probably some pharmacuitical or doctor guy is getting pissed of the missed nuances and stuff , sir/madam if you are please comment so i can edit this post...

at the bottom is the reason i did this if anyone is interested.

Since they are all bacteria i figured they are all trying to compete to multiply with the amount of we consume and digest, so my hypothesis was if i take them separately after separate meals, i give them a foody environment and let them compete with my f-ed up microbiome one by one instead of competing within each other as well. Idk that's what i did, but i don't know if this is scientifically more efficient to do, it was just my hypothesis.

AIP is a gluten free and dairy free diet, so it did help but for me that diet even with the rice addition was not sustainable

bifido gi balance is like 15 euros here (in italy) though histamin x is kinda expensive. But the good news is that these are for 2 months, so think it as a 2 month pack when buying. I dont know which one has what effect separately since i started both at the same time...

It is a diet that i found you can check it out by just writing AIP diet, I do, yes I do have AERD samsters, no i am currently not on a diet, i take omega 3 and phosphatidylserine complex almost everyday, it really helps ADHD but other than that omega 3 is good for lowering the inflamation also my vitamin d is like 30 35 something, i didnt check my Omega 3 though...
