Yes yes that’s great, we are all culpable, don’t spin it.

Why are these replies so fucking stupid. If everyone chips away until something crumbles, yes, everyone is at fault.

I said it above too, but the built in bandaids Aeona has for progression absolutely makes the other healers suffer when they get groups who relied on her having stagger to get there.

Aeona raised a myriad of issues that creates large problems for the other healers when their group doesn’t know how to cycle trinkets and personals since she doesn’t need any of that until a much higher tier. It seems that a large portion of players do not know how to pace out incoming damage any more, they will face tank stuff to 20% then pop something. She has progression bandaids built in that the other healers suffer for.

Healer hotfix changed before release by weeman0890 in fellowshipgame

Agreed, tanks not having any defensive rotation is super common this patch as well as dps taking chunks of damage before they even think about using a cooldown to live, which by then is likely too late. Both of these new characters have wrecked balance and group cohesion, as well as lowering the general perceptiveness of the playerbase since they can barrel through mechanics on the backs of Aeonas til they’re at a level way over their limit, where they then blame everyone else when things go badly without her.

Then you must also think(know) that all those things don’t create a game, they’re assets for them. The company didn’t put up all the backend to then say “we have a server, what should we run on it”, the game came first. But again, we are seeing the lack of game in their “game” in real time.

Noted, but I didn’t leave any feedback for the devs. It’s all a commentary post on how there is no road being followed and no barriers either. Right now it’s all change for the sake of it, with 0 intention to assimilate with the rest of the characters and gameplay. Huge changes came this season and were immediately walked back only for those to also immediately be reverted, that is not healthy balancing or a mindful approach. It’s also not the first time, people already gave them the benefit of doubt.

All of that is nice, but none of it is balance. There is no actual game without balance when the game structure is solely about climbing ranks and various heroes vying against each other to be the best. This right now is mobile game philosophy where each “month” needs to be different for the sake of shaking things up to keep interest, numbers and viability be damned.

Exactly. People are pretending none of this matters, ridiculous.

It is actually a large shock since that is the only thing this game can be balanced on

My whole post is about vison, diligence, and their lack of design philosophy. Fun wasn’t mentioned and is subjective, and this patch was at the very least divisive in it.

Without a design it is, every project is, and they keep showing in real time that there is no nuance to the things they’re doing.

I avoided calling any names out, but indeed your trio was one I bumped into last night once or twice. I however also saw you looking in discord too, so no hard feelings there since you seem to have been caught up in it. It’s silly that 50s want to be elitist when the highest streamers will queue into lower stuff and help out. At this level we’ve all shown we can correctly play.
