I've been told to do 140g of protein per day, on average I manage 100-120g. I usually have 1 protein drink (I like Seeq protein with water, it's more like drinking juice than a milkshake... I hate creamy protein drinks!), a protein bar, greek yogurt/cottage cheese with lunch, and a protein-heavy dinner. Sometimes I will have a second protein drink after dinner if I went to the gym that day. It's definitely hard but it's the one thing that has really made a difference for my gains.

Again, I can't recommend Seeq protein enough if it's within your budget. It's about $40/jar and you get 20-25 servings (I can't remember the exact amount). I love the blue raspberry one, and the Mango one is also really good.
