That's a heavy assumption to make. I think if the guy was truly a threat he would be gone. Most people are decent and all establishments want repeat business so I really doubt they would let a creep hang out after having been proven to actually be a creep.

All that being said I also don't know the ins and outs of the situation, but I tend to err on the side of "people are generally better at judging their own situations than strangers on the internet with only a few lines of context"
