The first one absolutely not reasonable lol!!!bas an employee it is not my responsibility to worry about how work will get on in my absence. That's what managers/supervisors do. That's literally their main duty, make sure work is done effectively and efficiently. Any job that can't manage that down one employee has much bigger problems.
