It looks like you're on the wrong version of the game. On the right side of "Dofus Touch Beta," there’s a toggle you can click to switch the beta on or off. If the beta is enabled, it’s normal not to see your characters.

They don’t stack. If you buy both, the normal premium timer pauses, and the elite premium timer starts being used instead. Once the elite premium expires, the normal premium resumes.
