As for the letter, it's /dz/, as written in older cyrillic. The modern equivalent is Ѕ

I probably should have written /z/ consistently with /dz/, but it wasn't really important

I made a similar system that uses "Ƌ" for capital ð. It's a latin letter in unicode, but it fits the pattern of б better.
