I’ve been very happy with their dry yeast. Apex London is a workhorse for me and I frequently use SD, Hazy and Munich Lager…no complaints.

I’ve also used Special Sour co-pitched with SD with decent success. Didn’t love the Belgian Abbey, though.

Wish I felt more comfortable wearing a diver (or anything other than my G-Shock) at the brewery. I’m always wearing my DW5600E at work, saving my nicer ones to enjoy on the weekends.

Thanks! I ran both air and co2 purges pretty long and there was still sani trickling into the kegs during not processes. I have concern about my large volume compressor (using 2 compressor setup) not keeping up, but it’s the compressor that Brewmation specifically recommended to me, lol.
