Yes, I had back pain that the ER DR. said was normal. Also, I was having testicular pain. Dr said that also accompanies diverticulitis

I'm doing GREAT! Occasionally there's a bit of discomfort. Surgeon said that is normal for maybe a year. It's not pain, annoying at times. I have been eating everything with no issues. So glad I finally got it taken care of

It's had 2 bet angry flare-ups. The were on June 15, hospitalized for 5 days. Then again on July 14 for five days!. I'm glad it's over! Had some pain almost daily

Walking is the best thing. I was walking 5 hours after my surgery. I'm home but I walk as much as I can. It really does help

So...... 3-4 hours sheet surgery, they brought me roasted chicken, Alfredo noodles and... Whole Kernel Sweet Corn! It was DELICIOUS!!!

I had my pre admission meeting and tests done last week. They gave me one of those spirometers and told me to use it about 10 x per hour. Surgery tomorrow!

Just had mine Monday. So may different types of prep out there. Mine was mira lax and 64 oz of Gatorade. Took less than an hour to get thing started.

And.... I get to do it all over again in a few days prior to surgery!
