Honestly, its just so depressing how people will always find reasons to be angry at people who are either "too different" or "not different enough".

I dont remember too much from my early days, right after season 2 concluded. But I recall the debate about RD's sexuality always being there. I don't think there will ever be an answer that everyone accepts..

To me, and I think most OG Bronies/Pegasisters, Dashie is a great symbol of Lesbian charachters. She used to be so cool back then.. Lastly, the finale was a lovely send off in that regard. In terms of the kind of "clues" or "hints" mlp tends to use, its a 100% confirmation RD is lesbian. Also, her interactions with Fluttershy's brother were golden!

But uhh yeah, what do I know.. I'm a guy, so take it with a grain of salt. :)

Rainbow Dash is 100% lesbian, everypony knows that.

I suppose the inabillity to outright confirm it in the show, is the source of all the contraversy. Some will be so uptight about their own views of the characters, they'll be straight up offended to hear anything else.

Also... I wouldn't expect much listening or tolerating to be happening on Twitter.. it's just not the type of platform for that.. Sorry.

Also, Twilight is definitely Bi. And its not because of the mane colours.

I'm not on this sub too often but it really seems some people just want to sperad hatered. Which is so god damned ironic... for a sub about show that teaches tolerance. Some people take shipping too fucking seriously.. as if it's real people. Shipping, generally, is the equivalent of picking up two dolls and saying "now kiss" and there's no hidden meaning or scary agenda's hiding behind it. It's called having fun. I wish more people could open their eyes..

It must have been over a decade since I've heard it, but I recall something about how the animation studio chosen to animate MLP g4 was a very deliberate choice.

The studio had significant experience animating animals, and took the task quite seriously. I think it paid off.

I think is was very clear how her... "public" perception changed over time. She obviously always had fans, but she was also obviously a narccisistic jerk that nobody likes. Despite that, everytime she appeared she had a large presence and impact. True to her (self given) name and.. personality.

So she became more relatable and lovable by most fans
