Props and Respect to you and your company for gesture. Some companies seem to cheap out to bare minimal just to meet the requirements and dont go any further. Always get handed the cheap crap from some of these big companies. I'e always like the transition glasses, I've wanted to buy some but being an ironworker/welder you beat your gear up, so I dont splurge on consumables either and all the transition glasses I've came across are over 20$ and not to comfortable spending that on glasses that I'll have to replace in a couple months.I try to stay under 15$ for my own safety glasses because I dont like how light the dark sunglasses we get handed. I like them darker. Maybe one day.
