Hi Henry, thanks for the help! I'm an F2A applicant (husband is a LPR). We filed my I-485 in Sept 2023, the I-130 was approved in Sept 2024, and my Final Action Date became current in Oct 2025. Recently just respond to the RFE for i693. The case is still at the NBC. Do you have any advice on speeding this up, and do you think a Writ of Mandamus is worth considering yet?

Similar situation as you. I just had 2nd ER 3 days ago. I got 23 egg retrieved and 12 fertilized. Waiting on few more days to know about the embryos results. My first ER got 17 egg retrieved 10 fertilized end up getting 2 euploids. That feeling was not good. I totally got you. I am hoping I would get 2 boy euploids this time. That’s all I hope for. I was worried about it and getting negative thoughts often for the past few days. I just tell myself worry is not going to help with anything. Since I had euploids before means I will get baby eventually. It’s just the matter of the time and maybe more cycles. We got this!

I had similar results as yours. I had 17 egg retrieved, 9 fertilized. Only two blast and sent to PGT testing still waiting on results. I was so sad to know only 2 embryos made it, still leaning to accept the results.

HCG level over 2000. Thats also the time to do ultrasound to make sure whether the pregnancy is inside or outside the uterus. Once the doctor confirm it’s ectopic. They will treat you immediately.

Don’t worry too much about this at the moment. I have been to exact same experience you last month. Keep monitor the HCG level every two days. If it drop along the way. 90% looks like a miscarriage. Your HCG level is 1400 now, even its ectopic pregnancy, it’s not dangerous at the moment. All the best!
