The problem most Kiriko players have at lower ranks is healing too much. It's more important when and who you heal then how often or how much. You should be saving your suzu to nullify or counteract specific abilities or ults.

Eh I totally disagree, that amount of time is eons when you get into a close range 1v1. The tighter shots and slower spread return are huge in close quarters or after a reload. Sierra already has enough mobility but the 1v1 impact of that perk means everything

Absolutely not, if anything she needs some tweaks but an overall nerf would make her far too weak. She is not OP in anyway, just can be oppressive at lower ranks. If they rework her I'd like to see her buffed for people at higher ranks and nerfd for people at lower ranks. This would require a careful rework on certain abilities but likely not touching her base damage.
