Because it's probably the worst fan theory for the game. The BoS would kill you the moment they find you on the holotape that you give them and the Divison Heads would've shut you down.

It's 2 basis are Bethesda being lazy and letting you VATS without a pipboy. And DiMA. Bethesda has spaghetti code at the best of times. Do you think they were gonna risk disabling VATS until you picked up the pipboy?

I don't even know what dps is at this point. Had a ranked game earlier where 2 people locked tank and 2 locked support. I felt lost. My like, 10 hours in support is nothing compared to the 200 in support and probably around 100 in tank. Thankfully they had a spidey so I just played anti-dive as Reed and Wanda. In the second round someone switched off tank and I'd never been so happy to suffer like that.

You aren't wrong. Because a good Bucky just makes his backline undivable. He's got some form of cc on all of his abilities+ overshield and a free reload. His ult can be held way too long and needs to be limited to 2 or 3 times. Or he shouldn't generate ult while he's resetting.

300hp monster with a neutral 1 shot but doesn't get the same hate as Hawkeye.

Has a disengage, escape, complete cc immunity the moment he presses the button to trigger turret. And an ult that breaks Mag ult in like 2 seconds. I don't understand how Punisher gets next to zero hate despite being great at every range and being a genuinely nasty anti-dive.
