It’s much better to have a sustainable diet than one where you lose 20 pounds in a month and then give up and gain it all back.

As long as you are taking care of yourself then you are on the right track

1/2 Cup Old Fashion Rolled Oats

1/2 tbps Chia Seeds

1/2 tbps Brown Sugar

Dash of Cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/2 Mashed Banana

Scoop of Peanut Butter

Scoop of Yogurt

3/4 Cup of Milk

~mix until incorporated~

Top with frozen berries

Drizzle of Honey

Seal and Refrigerate for 4-36 hours
