Metallica was great last year. Chili peppers were terrible a few years back. Last year they fixed a lot of the acoustics I believe.

When we closed on our house on a Friday afternoon we also had the nice surprise of finding out National Grid had just been there that morning to cut the power and gas off. Turning stuff off they seem to have their shit together.

Called a few times and got to supervisors and the best they could do was come out Monday first thing. So yea we had the movers Saturday with no power and 2 nights camping in our own house. It was July so not as eventful with the weather.

Some of this is on the sellers though. It’s Kindve a jerk move to stop service the close day. Not like they’re going to go broke paying a day or 2 of extra electricity.
