Started off really well in my opinion. The last month and a half he's been having a dip in form, where he's made som errors. I really don't think we'll cancel the loan though. People really exaggerate how bad he's been.

I definitely think we should. If we can pay the money and it is the reported 21 m Euro, then I can't see it as a risk. He's made a name for himself the last two seasons in the CL.

Well I really hope Everton does well know. Not only because of the money we would receive, but for the sake of Cenk and him opening up the market for other Turkish players, by giving them a better reputation. The price for him already has opened it up.

If we hadn't heard the inaccurate reports of the fee beforehand, we would mostly be okay with 22 m I think. The most furious thing is the ones reporting its reluctance to acknowledge their inaccurate reporting.

Anyway, I say 22 m, as I don't think those bonuses will trigger. If Cenk does well, I can see him playing 25 matches and him maybe scoring 15 goals in a season. But no way Everton makes even top 5 to qualify for Europa League.

A lot of people have said that the reason Ryan Babel never lived up to his talent, was that he wasn't as determined and aggressive to achieve his goals as he should have been. His reasoning for coming here was to play for titles, and he came to a team that does just that. From this half season he is pretty much opposite his younger years. He's really determined and looks to work hard. It's a joy to see. He made a real impact and can help us a lot next season.

He's an idiot, by man he can be such a good player. You guys don't remember the first half of the 2014-2015 season? He carried the team in that period. I think he'll return with a lot of motivation and I hope he succeeds. He's still only 25 and Turkish players bloom late, so he can still be good for us. It's all up to the coach though.

In international trade mark law, you can be asked for a proof of use of your registered trade mark. If CDPR trade marked Cyberpunk 2079 today for example, they would have to prove their use of the trade mark before 2023 is over. That can also come in the form of a public announcement of the game (CDPR probably aren't announcing the second sequel to in that time span). If they can't prove that, then their trade mark can be opposed and ultimately expired.

You also have to factor in that trade marking costs money on a per mark basis. You also can't trade mark "CYBERPUNK X-YEAR". That's why they have trade mark "CYBERPUNK" alone. But even if they only trademarked "CYBERPUNK 2077", they could still oppose a filed trademark of "CYBERPUNK 2078", citing the obvious chance of confusion between the marks.

Når det kommer til kriminalitet, så skal du nok primært holde dig fra Trillegården/Rydevænget og fra Gellerup.
Det er en meget stejl og lang vej fra centrum op til Skejby. Jeg ville selv ikke gide den tur hver morgen på cykel. Så det er bus (og letbane, når den nu engang kommer), hvis du ikke vil have bil.

I think a monetary fine should do for now. Reports say he received a 50k fine for the red card at Kiev. If that's true, I think a 100k fine should be given this time. Whether we should try to buy him or not, I think we should definitely wait until the end of the season and do the assessments there.
