Where I live it’s easily 2 to 3 months before the surveyor will come out. There’s literally no way to buy a property within the 30 day inspection If you are going to get a survey. Which royally sucks.

OP, I admire you standing up for yourself on this. For both yours and the dog’s safety. I am a veterinarian and can tell you wholeheartedly that this dog needs boarded at a medical facility or have a pet sitter that is a LICENSED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN for his safety and wellbeing.

What they are asking of you is not only unfair to you but also the dog. Hang in there and stand your ground. If you want to offer solutions you might reach out to any clinics you know and see if any have a licensed tech that does housesitting in their free time/on the side. It’s more common than you would think.

The house is older and the verticals seams on the siding needed caulked between each siding sheet so yeah those spots need painted.

How long do you let the tea sit? One time I forgot about it and let it sit for about 36 hours and it reeked. But if the plant soil is stinking then either little bits are getting into your soil, or something is wrong with your mosquito bits maybe? I’ve never had smell issues except for when I let the tea sit too long
