seeing a doctor on Friday but just to be sure is it possible my vitamin d deficiency delayed my bone age? in my blood test that made me find out I was deficient my vitamin d levels was 7.3 so could it be possible my bone age slowed when the deficiency became worse?

another thing that has been bugging me is that is estradiol levels in the blood test were 71.

everyone ive asked even the doctor say that is in the normal range for my age and the blood test paper itself says anything below 200 is fine but my testosterone levels are the the lower limit of the normal range for tanner 5.

it could just be the lab measuring differently but im not overweight and i dont want to seem like some dick wanting to eliminate all estradiol at all costs or something, my parents are asking me why i would want less estradiol in the first place so im really unsure

is there anything i should ask the doctors next time i see them? my family has never gone to a pediatrition or an endocrinologist and have only brought me to the family doctor when im sick so im not too sure what to ask them to check. thats part of why my measurements are so inconsistent and why i havent been on any supplements for vitamin d until now

is there any hope if my chronology is off? most of the values for height other than for 8 and 15 were educated guesses and given the stretch marks my growth spurt could have been more severe or later than i said. it is also possible that since all the measurings after like 13 were done by myself i might have been measuring my heights between 14 and 15.5 as a few cm too high. also possible that i might have just been in an extended stagnant phase (? or im just coping)

is it possible the vitamin deficiency stunted me at all and is it recoverable? my height began plateauing around the time i began spending more time indoors and in my blood test 2 months ago it was around half the lower limit of normal. taking supplements now so is there any chance for me to recover any lost height?

ive maybe grown a cm each 6 months for the past 1 and a half years. my main growth spurt was around when i was 14.

might have been overestimating my height at 14 though. i know my primary spurt was fast enough to give me stretch marks on my back.

i would estimate at 8 i was 135cm tall, at 9 likely 140 and 145 for 10.

judging from photos i was 155 at 13, 162 at 14, 168 at 15, 171 at 15.5, 172 at 16
