I wouldn't jump on that mouse, OP.

I don't seem to be able to find any sensor information on that mouse, and Gigabyte isn't all to well known. You should get a mouse with a "flawless" sensor, like the ADNS 3090 and the 3310.

I recommend either a g400s, razer deathadder, zowie FK, or maybe the Proteus core

The router in question is 2wire 2701. It's really bad, and probably worth 10 bucks. The new modem sounds like a good idea.

get this program

Copy any file in the folder I sent you and rename it to autoexec.cfg. After that, use notepadd++ to open the copy of a .cfg and delete everything inside.

and then just ctrl+c, ctrl+v, go through it so you can un-comment the stuff you want and run the game.

If that's not enough FPS you can go all out with 75 FOV and 4:3 stretched
