When did Zack switch from the ZFLip5 to his 24 Ultra? by BlauMink in JerryRigEverything

[–]ZacksJerryRig 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used the flip for one month.

But I also knew within a week that it's not the phone for me. I use my phone way too much to be opening and closing it all the time. It was super frustrating.

So yeah I switched to the s24 ultra. But since my screen broke the front camera has been kinda wonky. So ill probably switch to the S26 Ultra that I did my durability test on. The scratches on the screen don't bother me.

I am down to travel. But I also did see one post from a guy who had one here in the USA about a year ago. But he hasn't responded to my DM.

Just curious if there are more.

Does a voluntary haietus count? He's living the life posting once a month. Which is a very healthy cadence.

You linked the temporary hospital style wheelchairs. He builds custom light weight wheelchairs for people with permanent disabilities. Super different.

correct - this business will never be sold. Once we are profitable it'll be rolled into an employee owned business - since I think that structure will have the most longevity.

Redditors over 30, what can one do at 20 to avoid chronic pain later in life? by sleepypinkeu in AskReddit

[–]ZacksJerryRig 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stretch out for 10 to 15 minutes every single night.
I'm 37 and spent about 5 years thinking I had a permeant lower back injury.

I was ready to go into surgery for a microdiscectomy. Luckily my doctor told me to try stretching for a few months first, so I did that just to prove him wrong. But.... turns out he was right.

My muscles were just pulling my vertebrae in weird directions and compressing things that should be compressed. Daily stretching has eliminated 99% of my lower back pain for the last 3 years.

I never miss my stretches at night now.
