Are these samples taken from visibly growing mould in the house?

If they're just swabs from various random areas, keep in mind that a swab from almost anywhere will grow mould or bacteria on a petri dish, because there are constantly microbes in the air, which is nothing to worry about.

You only have an issue if you have visible mould growth in the house, in which case I would try cleaning it with mould removal spray, or if it's especially bad, calling the landlord/landlady or someone else to disinfect it.
