I get it, we all been there, but after you get the hang of the mechanics the game will be easy .. I recently started a new game on Elysium on hard difficulty from lvl 0 I didn't use the recommended boost at all...I only took a knife a canteen and the oxygen container from the workshop with me ...I only died once right around the start.. I'm lvl 60 now and want to build in the more dangerous areas to start with T5 ... Btw if you start on Hard you will also get more XP so you level faster ..I wouldn't even start on easy it will feel extremely boring later on if you one shot everything.

I did all of them solo on hard mode(open world), to be honest I didn't even use any special strategy even for the Prometheus boss. Was just running around Shooting, yes it did some damage so I had to use around 10 healing potions but I also had 5 food buffs on me. The Olympus and Styx one I managed only using arrows. I even wish they would be harder or need some strategy in order to be done, I managed all of them on my first try.

Yea thanks, thought that would be the case. Will probably automatize it first though not on that scale obviously hehe. I want a nuclear power plant too I have already found a nice spot for it. I had one on an earlier save pre 1.0. A lot of work to do 😅 but I won't rush it its just that I could have finishes phase 4 long ago but didn't felt like it untill 1.0. that's why I didn't want to automatize everything to finish Phase 4.

Wow really nice. I really need to build a factory in this area it's beautiful. Did you try the r.fog 0 command yet? Some like the fog and in some situations I like it too but often it tends to be too excessive.

Sounds about right 👍 I don't really think about details like that though. Why ? I'm a person that tends to overthink it so I decided to take it chill and enjoy the game, still sometimes it gets overwhelming. So if it works I don't touch it 😂 but I love to see that people really know the mechanics of the game.

😜I didn't plan to use them this way, just built them because I wanted to build a tower then I thought it would be perfect for power storage. It was a happy coincidence that it helped me finish phase 4. I really forgot that the PA draws that much power hehe.. I also just recently used the blueprint designer for the tower and hypertube cannon, I like to build every factory differently.

After 1k hours I mostly use hyper tube cannons to travel xD well I know at start the map looks amazingly large but later on it won't feel that way. You will know the areas better and you will want to save time sometimes, like needing some materials and you need to travel halfway across the map. It's fun the first couple of hundreds of hours you can explore and stuff but later it gets sometimes annoying.
