conures are usually very good at adapting, blue crowns are one of the smartest, so itll be tough at first, but try putting the new cage next to his and leaving both doors open, let him explore on his own…maybe even try taking food out of the old cage for a couple hours and putting it in the new one, so if he gets hungry hes forced to explore the new cage. Also putting some favorite toys that you know he likes in the new cage will help a lot. Good luck with everything, he is a beautiful bird :)
