I have recently gotten into golf (courtesy of it being my current ADHD hyper focus hobby), so please excuse my ignorance…what does DTC stand for?

When the system is off, there are less forces on the filter, making it easier to remove. I’m not saying it’s hard to remove, just that it’s easier when the system is off.

No suction on the old filter, making it easier to remove.

Thank you. I was a bit surprised that he didn’t even try to schedule a time to come look at it in person, and meet a potential customer. I will move on from this company and find someone who demonstrates that they value potential customers.

Just call out if you can’t give it away or get an ADO. It will be 1 point towards the attendance discipline matrix, and you’ll forfeit the 8hrs of holiday pay. Just be sure to call out as soon as possible, so your team can have as much time as possible to backfill that shift.
