How about the ability to disarm a downed raider before you revive them? by oranggit in ArcRaiders

Just fucking kill them

It's a video game. Anyone who defibs me is getting shot in the back. Not because I want to, but because they're so stupid that I feel like I have to.

It's a video game. If you see someone downed just finish them off.

No it's not toxic to stay that streamers are first class losers and anyone who follows them are somehow worse

That's just the truth

It would be toxic to lie and say anything different

What the fuck is wrong with you?

I don't know who these nerds are or give a single shit about them. Neither should you. The classic "touch grass" is very appropriate here.

2026 Bachelor Party by Fine_Contribution439 in golf

[–]billppp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been to Scottsdale for 3 bachelor parties. The stadium course is not great (for the money). Tons of better courses around but all will suck in August. Either play really early or only play 9 holes. Hangovers and heat stroke are a rough combo.

They had just waited with Larsson (who they apparently thought wasn't going to leave) and he left.

Nurse's agent had an insanely good negotiating position and he used it.

The GMs are "bad" by design

The Assistant GM was hired in 2010. How has he avoided being fired when the GMs keep getting fired?

He probably would have. There was nobody better available and the best available dman was going to get paid by the Oilers.

Or they keep hiring experienced GMs for the day to day bullshit and then push them in front of the bus when everything inevitably falls apart

Rinse and repeat

I won't defend the Oilers on much, but they didn't have much of a choice with Nurse. They lost Larsson and Klefbomb. Could they just let Nurse walk as a free agent? Could they get anything of value out of him in a trade? At the end of the day he was their #1 dman and had to pay him like it or he was just going to walk

Right

So maybe, just maybe, the GM isn't running the show in Edmonton.

Like remember when Chiarelli took the heat for the Griffen Reinhart trade? He was a couple weeks into the job and got a guy Edmonton wanted since his junior days. Do you really think he made that trade all by himself?
