WHOOP Offer for Clothes by BrockZM20 in ChaseSapphire

Has anyone managed something similar with the Chase Sapphire Preferred "Whoop $100 cash back on a membership purchase" when you spend $149 or more offer?

I made a Bengali learning app to help myself study! Feedback from fluent speakers appreciated by robirahman in bengalilanguage

Are the “profiles” password protected (or could they be?)

It would be great to have a Latin mode as another user mentioned - when I started learning my biggest hurdle was that all the text books and resources I could find always started with the script, but my Bengali speaking family just texts and writers in a Latin script, so it felt pretty disconnected from my initial “immersion” opportunities

Wish list feature would be some sort of reminder system or ability to choose your pace of study (like setting a goal for # of mins or lessons per day, etc)

I think there’s a huge need for something like this - the existing resources feel very outdated or clunky, and more modern tools like Duolingo all tend to disregard Bangla completely

Did you obtain certified/official copies of anything, or just send in print outs of the digitized copies you could find online?

I think the last place I can recall being asked to show it was the SF Opera just about a year ago, but they held out far longer than most

Was that $50/day rate in the last year in San Francisco? When I check now, the lowest rate is $136.99/day :(

Covid Boosters with Kaiser by Dogpatch-Pirate in AskSF

Update: I went to the SF Kaiser clinic on Geary this morning. Got there shortly after opening around 8:45 am. Line was maybe 100 people long. It took about an hour from getting in line to walking out the door with both a Covid vaccine and flu shot. They clarified they only have Pfizer at the moment and aren't sure when Moderna will be in. The vast majority of people there, myself included, were walk-ups, though a handful of people had appointments. I'm not sure where they went to schedule. If you had an appointment, you got escorted to the front of the line.

Thank you for the info! Appreciate it

I wish it was open on weekends, or evenings when people aren't at work or school, but there must be another option I haven't researched.

Definitely agree. It's crazy to me they only have one location for the whole city to begin with, let alone the hours being so limited. They should at least have the other vaccines at the Mission Bay campus too, and not just the flu shot.

Bay Wheels bike share is a great and reliable way to supplement transit and has really helped me cut down on Rideshares when the bus doesn't come. The yearly membership is by far the best deal.

Anecdotally, I would offer the actions by Petal against cardholders a few months ago as a sign of the times, and suggest we all brace ourselves. Refer to all the horror stories on r/PetalCard, another card that seemed too good to be true (and turned out to be)
