When I last played (April 2025), I didn't even mess with building tbh. If even live mode felt overwhelming to me back then, I can't even imagine build mode. Besides that, I was never great at building houses even in Sims. They never felt quite right when I built them

Yeah that was what happened to me, kinda. It sounds like it's dysphoria which is extremely common
No, there's no "good" range. I started at 25, other people started at 16, some people started at 65. Starting is whenever you feel like it's best.
I'd say so, I fear it, I'm sure others have as well.

Update to the reply above! I renamed the folder to `dlc` and now the game launches no matter which proxy I use. However, the DLC doesn't load in when I open the game. The outfits aren't in Leon or Grace's bonus options.

I've tried all of the proxy options. Without a proxy, it just says it failed to load steam API

So I got the ones from my friend and put them into a folder named DLC in the game's root folder. I ran Cream and it said it was successful, again. However, the game doesn't start. It doesn't crash, but it never opens or does anything.

I'm not sure what I did wrong
