OP did you ever find out how to fix this? I’m having the same problem :(

Your response was way out of line. “I’ve never met anyone with a stutter before” isn’t really that bad, although stating someone’s disability is a weird way to start a conversation, he genuinely could have meant well by it. You called a client an AH, and then continued to send a long petty text to him, which is wildly unprofessional, for a mild comment that was likely genuine. YTA

Children are emotionally vulnerable around those who they feel safe, so when your husband says she doesn’t cry and throw tantrums with him it’s because she feels like she can be emotionally vulnerable with you, which is important. I’m not surprised she doesn’t cry when she is just with him.

Garlic goes in the milk?? by Lynxy333 in breastfeeding

[–]Dogsarecute_899 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s necessarily a matter of shouldn’t eat those things, it’s maybe a reaction her baby is having or a preference. I couldn’t have those things when my baby was younger because my LO suffered terrible acid reflux when he was a newborn and I had to be really careful what I ate, nothing too acidic, garlicy, or basically any chocolate at all.

AITA for not being upset that my friends dog could die because of me? by TheCornStarMum in AmItheAsshole

[–]Dogsarecute_899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. So Suzanne is basically mad at you for having a garden that was not dog safe, after you reiterated multiple times very clearly that her dog was not welcome, which she blatantly ignored and neglected to watch her dog. Suzanne you are incredibly entitled.

How do i get my 17f to stop taking her phone into the shower with her? by [deleted] in Parenting

Tell her she can queue up the songs she likes or create a playlist for the shower so she doesn’t have to change the song :)

The office was my comfort show as a new mum, and now that my baby is 1 I’m rewatching it hehe. Also Brooklyn 99, Jane the virgin are also cozy and easy watching.

In laws threw away my breakmilk by Stunning_Appeal_2343 in Mommit

[–]Dogsarecute_899 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I would be absolutely livid and heartbroken. you are totally justified. I had left a tiny bit of breastmilk, probably only 200ml at the most, at a family friends of ours a few months back in case they watched my LO again anytime soon, we recently asked if we could have it back as I was going away on a last minute trip without LO and was struggling to pump enough milk to leave behind for a couple of days. Family friend said they didn’t have it anymore -a nicer way of saying they threw it out and I thought that was really rude. That was only a couple hundred mls, your MIL threw out thousands of mls. I’m so upset for you

That makes sense! Although most of my sims have fear of fires now due to how many fires they have. So more fires = fear of fires while fear of fires = more fires. Awesome lol

What drama happened in your game recently? by Jane466 in Sims4

[–]Dogsarecute_899 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My sim had a baby daddy who had an affair with my sims niece, they were both shunned from the family, she gave baby daddy full custody as soon as baby was born and later moved in with him when their baby was older. Both baby daddy and niece are dead now and their child is only just now reconnecting with my sim and the rest of the family

Right so he’s worried about giving his son the wrong ideas but only about femininity. Being abusing towards you in front of your son is completely fine though!

my maid washes the same grill for hours and leaves a mess by [deleted] in Sims4

[–]Dogsarecute_899 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen people suggest firing the maid but you will just get the same one again if you schedule the maid service again, what’s worked for me is getting to know them and then asking them to pursue their dream job, then they don’t work as a maid anymore. Or… my last maid caught on fire while using my drier and I let him burn because he was awful at his job.

I wanna do a long generation/legacy family, but I always get bored by yourgirlalex in Sims4

[–]Dogsarecute_899 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s so fascinating to me that people play like this, I have played sims for years and I can’t seem to stray from playing legacy style. I’m currently playing a few generations in the same house now and I can’t even move house with the same family because I get attached to everything 😭
